2.Strict Fabric Cutting Process
In the cutting workshop, huge pieces of raw fabric are spread out on automated cutting tables.
Workers use professional infrared positioning equipment for precise cutting.
This process requires extremely high millimeter-level precision to ensure that every piece of
fabric perfectly fits the template of subsequent processes, eliminating waste and ensuring the flatness of the final garment (leather cover).
3.Refined Upholstery Operation
In the spacious and bright upholstery workshop, dozens of skilled technicians are busy in front of sewing machines.
This is not only the place where fabrics are sewn together but also the field for detail polishing.
Workers are performing fabric splicing, edging, and pre-sewing, transforming flat fabrics into three-dimensional sofa soft components.

4.High-Precision CNC Woodworking
In the woodworking workshop, a large fully automatic CNC machining center is running at full speed. Based on 3D design drawings,
it performs high-speed cutting on multi-layer solid wood boards, accurately carving out the special-shaped holes
and grooves required for the sofa base frame. This digital manufacturing technology has completely replaced traditional manual line drawing,
greatly improving the precision of the wooden frame structure and assembly efficiency.
5.Rigorous Foam Refining
The cornerstone of comfort comes from high-quality inner cores. In the soft material processing area,
workers are trimming high-density resilient foam. They use special tools to remove excess corner material
and perform zoning on the density of the foam to ensure that in the subsequent sitting experience,
the seat cushion can provide both a deep wrapping sensation and just the right amount of lumbar support.
6.Professional Final Assembly & Debugging
The final process is the injection of the soul. On the final assembly line, workers merge the processed wooden base frame,
upholstered soft package, and functional chassis for the final closure. They must not only ensure that all components
are firmly connected but also repeatedly test the mechanical devices of the recliner for stretching, rocking, headrest adjustment, etc.,
ensuring that every movement is smooth and flawless for perfect delivery to the user.
7.Large-Scale Finished Product Warehousing
Finished sofas that have passed layer-by-layer quality inspections are uniformly covered with dust bags in the packaging area
and displayed in zones within the spacious warehouse according to order serial numbers.
